Adding replay capability to a small truck or scoreboard video screen control room has never been easier, technically, physically, or affordably. The Sport Integrated Replay System is a high performance compact standalone disk based slow motion instant replay system. Slow motion playback uses all 60 fields per second of recorded motion to provide smooth looking replay video identical in quality to systems costing much more, and with a look and motion quality that's far superior to PC based systems. It's also easy to learn and use, and it's FAST! Operators comment on how quickly they are able to learn the basic operation and on the compliments they receive for how fast they get replays up. Beyond the basics, Sport makes it easy to put together highlights that are ready to play within seconds of the last play of the game. Up to 10 playlists can be maintained for key players, types of plays, etc.
In addition to replay, Sport is also handy for calling up advertisements and player biographies. At a single button push, a player bio or ad is up and playing instantly. With the optional TBar control, Sport adds the "Bump I/O" feature, which automatically sandwiches replays between advertiser graphics clips, giving replays that professional look and helping pay for itself in the first few games.
But part of the beauty of Sport is its flexibility. Many customers use Sport for much more than Sports. When it's not at a game, Sport is performing all kinds of general purpose recording tasks like city council meetings, program delay, etc. With many hours of video/audio recording capacity, Sport is ideal for any temporary recording application, and there is no better (or faster) way to browse long recordings looking for visual cues from which to mark cue points. Once cue points INs and OUTs are marked, they can be put into one or more of 10 playlists for later seamless back to back playout of clips.
